Microgreens can stay fresh for 10-14 days after harvest. To ensure freshness, refrigerate microgreens as soon as receiving.
Should I rinse microgreens before consuming?
As with other vegetables, it is always recommended to wash microgreens before consuming. However, do not rinse and then refrigerate. Rinse only the microgreens you will consume.
How long does it take to get my microgreens?
Depending on the harvest schedule of Farm Doc Microgreens, your order will ship with the most recent harvested microgreens. Shipping via USPS Priority Mail will take approximately 2-4 business days to arrive at your residence.
How do I use microgreens?

What is microgreen powder?
Microgreen powder is produced from microgreens after freeze drying them for 12-24 hours. After this process, the microgreens are blended into a powder format and packaged.
